With strong support from six leading technology companies—ASUS, Quanta Computer, Wistron, Pegatron, Delta Electronics, and Fitipower—NTU’s College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) hosted the donation launch ceremony for the NTU AI-EECS Consortium. This initiative marks a significant step forward in establishing a cross-disciplinary collaboration platform aimed at accelerating global talent development and advancing cutting-edge research.
Rooted in robust industry-academia collaboration, the AI-EECS Consortium is built on three foundational pillars:
  • *  Cultivating world-class talent—from outstanding students to pioneering faculty
  • *  Advancing frontier prospective technologies
  • *  Strengthening industry-academic collaboration
To realize these objectives, the Consortium will implement three major initiatives over the next five years:
  • 📌 The EECS Global Elite Cultivation Fellowship Program
  • 📌The Top PhD Cultivation Program
  • 📌The Chair Professorship & Scholar Program
Through these efforts, NTU EECS aims to establish itself as a global hub for AI and technology innovation. Together, we are shaping a new and dynamic ecosystem—one that fosters a win-win-win relationship among students and faculty, academia, and industry—while reinforcing Taiwan’s position in the global technology arena.
